How does this effect customers? Now, when extra postage is added "just in case", or mail is returned due to under-posting, it costs even more. In addition, Priority Mail® packages over 1 lb. must be zoned. Before the rate change, packages between 1 and 5 lbs. were priced at a flat rate.

How can the Integra™ scales help? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to minimize the expenses involved with the rate increase? Well, the Integra™ scales can help you ensure you are always using just the right amount of postage. Their accuracy and rate shopping capabilities will help you save money. Their user-friendly design will help you save time. And we also want to help make sure you always have the correct rates.

How do we get updated rates when there is a rate change? When you lease an Integra™ scale, Pitney Bowes will provide, at no additional charge, SoftGuard® rate protection, an optional service that provides up to six rate updates per year. Prior to a rate change, you'll receive a prom that contains the updated rate information for your scale. You simply replace the prom and you're ready to go back to work.
